Black Raspberry Sweet Rolls

Who doesn't like a buttery sweet roll for breakfast...or a snack with a hot cup of tea or coffee? These Black Raspberry Sweet Rolls can be made from scratch, but with busy lives, here's a quick way to have these hot out of the oven in 30 minutes.

  • 1 can refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet. You can also use a can of dinner rolls, but you'll need to press the seams together
  • 2 tbsp. of softened unsalted butter
  • 1 cup MoonShadows Farm Black Raspberry Jam


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a 9 inch pie plate or 8 or 9 inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
  3. Unroll the dough on your work surface 
  4. Evenly spread the butter over the dough
  5. Next, evenly spread the jam over the buttered dough
  6. Starting at the long side, tightly roll the dough
  7. Slice or cut the roll into 8 even pieces
  8. Place on plate or dish you sprayed and baked about 20 minutes or until golden brown
  9. Let cool, but serve warm
