Our pepper jams are made the same way as our sweet jams, in small batches using copper kettles and plenty of sun ripened fruit and real cane sugar and just the right amount of jalapeno peppers. We pack them with a little heat and a lot of flavor. We use no artificial additives or preservatives. Try our pepper jams on a cracker with a bit of cheese, as a glaze or heat and drizzle some over ice cream. Any way you eat them, our pepper jams are sure to please your taste buds.
