For payment we accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal or personal/business checks and money orders via "Postal Order Form". Please do not send cash. Shipments will be held until personal checks clear.
At this time we only ship within the 50 United States. All shipments are sent USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. You can make the decision at checkout. We will provide the shipping fees for these 2 shipping methods. We offer 2 shipping methods because depending on where you live in the US, you may find significant savings with one carrier over the other. Shipping is calculated by weight and size of your package and your shipping address zip code.
Your order will ship in 1-2 business days after your payment is verified. Checks or money orders must clear our bank before your order is processed. You will receive an email when your order is shipped. If we anticipate a delay for any reason, we will contact you.
We do not back order any products. If we are out of a product, we will contact you to see if you want to wait until we have it in stock again, or send you a substitution; otherwise we will remove that item from your order and adjust your bill.
While we take precautions to pack our products securely so they reach you in good condition, accidents can happen during shipping, and they are beyond our control. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is a problem, please contact us within 1-2 business days. We may ask you for a picture of the problem if you are requesting a replacement. We will gladly replace or make restitution for damaged goods, but we may require proof.
