MoonShadows Farm was wonderful to work with as a fundraising organization for our chapter of Mothers & More in Pike County. We did not have to put out any costs from our account to hold the fundraiser, and we were sent professional, personalized brochures and materials to use. These were impressive! Moon Shadows Farm offers a variety of top notch products, and the prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the volume and quality received. There is something for everyone and it was not difficult to receive orders; when people looked at what was offered, they were excited to try the products of their choosing, and many are looking forward to placing orders again.
This was a Great new Fundraiser for the Hazleton Area HS Marching Band. Jim and his team go above and beyond to make this as simple as possible. All forms are printed with your organization's name and best of all, they box each students order individually, which is wonderful! Everyone who purchased the jams, salsas, and whipped honey are very pleased. Something new and different. We will be back next year to fundraise again. Moonshadows Farm makes a Great product.
Our church participated in a fundraiser this spring selling products from Moonshadows Farm. Many of our members were familiar with Moonshadows Farm from a previous fundraiser my son's high school choir had done last fall. Everyone was very excited to re-order items they had already tried and to try new things. Selling these jams, salsas, BBQ sauces, etc. is so easy. They are all so delicious. We have participated in many fundraisers over the years through school & church and selling products from Moonshadows Farm is the best by far! Our church has decided to have this fundraiser an annual event. Jim is such a nice person to deal with and goes out of his way to make the experience easy and fun.
How does it work?
If interested, contact us and tell us which fundraiser you would like to run and your proposed fundraiser dates. We recommend you plan your fundraiser to span a two week period.
Because of the weight of jars, Fundraiser #1 is only available within a 100 mile radius of our facility in Stroudsburg since it must be delivered by us, however Fundraiser #2 is available anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.
NOTE: We only book a limited amount of fundraisers to run concurrently. If you are planning a fundraiser, you should contact us as early as possible so we can assure you your dates and service.
