Jelly & Marmalade

We are often asked what is the difference between a jelly, a jam and a marmalade. Well, here's the difference! Jams are made with pieces of fruit, usually in the form of a pulp or pureed (if removing the seeds). Jellies are made with the juices of the fruit. Marmalades are usually made from citrus fruits and have pieces of the peel.
