Elderberry Jelly

This is delicious: tart and rich with flavor. I am not usually a fan of jelly, but I do not see Elderberry in a jam. Is that true? MoonShadows Farm response: Thanks for your review, Brenda. Some folks do make Elderberry Jam. We decided to make it in a jelly form (using just the elderberry juice) because Elderberry Jelly was very common in this area during the depression and WWII. They grew wild and many folks short on money would make Elderberry Jelly as a treat. Many of our customers speak very fondly of their grandmother or mother making Elderberry Jelly.
