We are often asked what is the difference between a jelly, a jam and a marmalade. Well, here's the difference! Jams are made with pieces of fruit, usually in the form of a pulp or pureed (if removing the seeds). Jellies are made with the juices of the fruit. Marmalades are usually made from citrus fruits and have pieces of the peel. We decided to give our jellies and marmalade their own category.
