Slow cooked in copper kettles like in days of old, our fruity butters harken back to the era of the early colonists who used this method to preserve fruit. We slowly cook our fruit butters adding just the right amount of sugar to make a thick creamy and fruity butter-like spread that will melt in your mouth as you enjoy them on toast, muffins, pancakes, waffles and as the main ingredient in apple and pumpkin bread.
