MoonShadows Farm Wholesale Terms

In addition to selling our products on the internet and at carefully selected shows, we also sell our products at wholesale rates to qualifying stores and businesses that are consistent with our theme. If you are a store or business owner who would like to sell some or all of our products, please contact us using the form below. Please note: Wholesale Prices are not available for download from the website and will be sent to you after submitting this form.

Labeling Options.

Sell our products with a label we make from our template branded to your     store or business

Sell our products with your own label that you produce.
    (Deduct $1.00 per case.)

Shipping/Delivery Options:

We can deliver our products within a 100 mile radius as per the following delivery guidelines:

-3 case minimum within the greater Stroudsburg area.
-10 case minimum within a 25 mile radius of our facility.
-15 case minimum within a 50 mile radius of our facility.
-20 case minimum within a 75 mile radius of our facility.
-25 case minimum within a 100 mile radius of our facility.
Delivery charges will reflect the exact cost for our gas based on the round trip mileage and price of gas the day we deliver.

We can ship our products to you via ground transport by an agreed upon carrier depending on the size of your order. However, keep in mind this is usually the most expensive shipping method.

We can ship our products to you via pallet/freight transport by an agreed upon carrier depending on the size of your order. (Minimum order is 25 cases.) If pallet/freight transport is less expensive, we will recommend this method.

You may pickup your order by appointment to eliminate minimums and related shipping charges.

Payment Details:

Payment is expected at the time of delivery by us or before shipping via a third party carrier. If credit has been established, payment terms are Net 15 Days. You may request a credit application after your 2nd wholesale order.

Payment options: Check, Cash, Money Order, Electronic Check or Credit Card. There is a $30 fee for any returned check for insufficient funds. Freight orders will be shipped when the check clears the bank. A 3% convenience fee will be charged for orders paid with a credit card, or 3.5% for American Express Cards.

Order Turn Around:

In an effort to keep the products as fresh as possible for our customers we make our products in small batches and never "stockpile". There is a 1 to 3 week turnaround depending on the size of your order, product availability and seasonal demands, however this is not written in stone and we try to work with you to meet your demands in a most timely manner.

All jar products are packed 12 to a case. We will gladly breakdown your cases to 6/6 as long as your complete order comes to a multiple of 12.

You are permitted to set whatever retail price you think suitable when considering your customer base, however if you are selling under the MoonShadows Farm label, you may not undercut MoonShadows Farm's retail price on any product as stated on our website without permission.
