Damson Plum Glazed Chicken Wings
Hot Pepper Jam with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs of chicken wings
2 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Powder
2 green onions, sliced
1 clove of garlic diced
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup MoonShadows Farm Damson Plum Jam
2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegarDirections
1. Toss the chicken wings with the Chinese five spice in a medium bowl.
2. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet, lined with lightly greased aluminum foil, in a single layer. Bake the chicken wings at 400° for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
3. In a non-stick fry pan or a wok, add the olive oil over medium-high heat
4. Add the green onions to the pan and saute for a few minutes until lightly browned. Then add the garlic and saute for a minute or two.
5. Carefully add the chicken broth to the green onions and garlic, then add the plum jam and balsamic vinegar to the broth mixture and stir. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Remove the cooked chicken wings from the oven and add them to the sauce and stir to coat with the glaze.
6. Garnish with some chopped green onions and enjoy.

Hot Pepper Jam with Cream Cheese
This simple appetizer is so easy to make for the family, friends or a dinner party.
Ingredients
1 8oz block of cream cheese
1 jar of MoonShadows Farm Hot Pepper JamDirections
1. Place cream cheese on a plate.
2. Scoop out 10oz of Hot Pepper Jam over cream cheese.
3. Serve with crackers of your choice.Suggestion: Don’t forget to try this same appetizer using MoonShadows Farm Raspberry-Jalapeno Jam ...which also makes a fantastic bagel spread!.

Everyone loves to dip their chips in salsa, but here’s a variation that’s a real treat. We love to experiment with different flavors and heats of salsa and different cheeses. So this recipe is just one version of the "theme". This is also a great topping for baked potatoes, and just about anything else you top with sour cream.
Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 cup MoonShadows Farm Salsa
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheeseDirections
1. Mix salsa and cheese into sour cream in a bowl.
2. Chill for ½ to 1 hour before serving.
