For payment we accept all Major Credit Cards payable through the PayPal or 2Checkout Secure Payment Systems and personal/business checks and money orders via "Postal Order Form". Please do not send cash. Shipments will be held until personal checks clear.
Shipping
At this time we only ship within the 50 United States. All shipments are sent USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated by the USPS based on weight and size of your package and your shipping address zip code.
At this time, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Parcel Post are becoming closer and closer in price. And, while the USPS states Parcel Post shipments will take 5 days, it has been our experience that some of our customers have waited up to two weeks to receive their packages via Parcel Post. Additionally, USPS Priority Mail shipments have less chance of being damaged since the transit time is greatly reduced and the package usually arrives in two days. In over two years of using USPS Priority Mail, we have not had a single breakage reported by a customer.
We do not use UPS since it has been our experience that many packages arrive at their destination damaged.
In keeping with the spirit of protecting our planet and the "Greening of America" we recycle boxes, packing peanuts and bubble wrap wherever possible.
Processing Time
Your order usually ships in 1-2 business days after we receive your order. If we anticipate a delay for any reason, we will contact you. You will receive an email notice when your order is going to be shipped.
Back Orders
We do not back order any products. If we are out of a product, we will contact you to see if you want to wait until we have it in stock again, or send you a substitution; otherwise we will remove that item from your order and adjust your bill.
Damages
While we take precautions to pack our products securely so they reach you in good condition, accidents can happen during shipping, and they are beyond our control. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is any damage, contact us immediately. Once we know the extent of the damage, we will decide how to make restitution to your satisfaction.
