Payment
For payment we accept Visa, MasterCard and DiscoverCard through our website Secure Credit Card Checkout, PayPal Secure Payment System or personal/business checks and money orders via "Postal Order Form". Please do not send cash. If you choose our website Secure Credit Card Checkout your card will be billed as MoonShadows Farm. Shipments will be held until personal checks clear. Upon the completion of checkout, you will receive a receipt/invoice confirmation via email.
Shipping
At this time we only ship within the 50 United States. All shipments are sent USPS Priority Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS). You can make the decision at checkout. We will provide the shipping fees for both carriers. Shipping is calculated by weight and size of your package and your shipping address zip code.
Processing Time
Your order will ship in 1-2 business days after your payment is verified. Credit card payments are usually verified within 24 hours, often quicker. Checks or money orders must clear our bank before your order is processed. You will receive an "Order Completed" email upon payment verification. If we anticipate a delay for any reason, we will contact you.
Back Orders
We do not back order any products. If we are out of a product, we will contact you to see if you want to wait until we have it in stock again, or send you a substitution; otherwise we will remove that item from your order and adjust your bill.
Damages/Returns
While we take precautions to pack our products securely so they reach you in good condition, accidents can happen during shipping, and they are beyond our control. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is a problem, please contact us within 1-2 business days. We may ask you for a picture of the problem if you are requesting a replacement. We will gladly replace or make restitution for damaged goods, but we may require proof.
